Description:

All Webelos and AOL are invited to a special Troop 505 meeting at the pool! This meeting is a great opportunity to test swimming skills, complete requirements, and strengthen friendships across your pack and our troop. Cub Scouts will experience what it’s like to be part of Troop 505 as they look ahead to Crossover as they complete the swimming elective for their rank. This is a meeting you won’t want to miss.

Date and Time: Saturday, August 22, 9 am to 11:30 am

Location: Meridian Neighborhood Pavilion and Pool (12225 Meridian Park Blvd, Austin, TX 78739)

Meeting Highlights:

Arrow of Light Scouts will complete the entire Swimming Adventure.

Webelos will complete all Aquanaut adventure requirements.

All activities will be conducted in accordance with the BSA Aquatics Supervision Guide (2025) for a safe and supportive environment. As such medical forms A and B will be required for participation.

What to Bring:

Swimsuit and towel

Sunscreen

Water bottle

Handbook labeled with your name and unit number

Completed medical forms A and B

Your Scout spirit

Cub parents should bring their coziest camping chair; seating is limited.
