Fly Air Cub World to Cub Adventure Day

Cub Scouts
Cub Adventure Day takes place Saturday, March 27 with the new
theme "Air Cub World".
The program will allow Cubs to enjoy
Cub World's terrific facilities, while also working on the soccer belt loop!

New Venturing Scout Age

VENTURING AGE REQUIREMENTS CHANGE MAY 1

 

The Boy Scouts of America's National Executive Board recently approved a resolution to change the eligibility requirements for Venturing to ensure consistency among Venturing, high-adventure bases, and other core programs.

District Adventure Weekend 2010
April 23 - 25, 2010
Griffith League Scout Ranch, Bastrop, Texas

Troops, Crews, Post & Packs! Here is the News about this year's Thunderbird District's Huge Spring Camping & Troop Competition, the District Adventure Weekend. This year the Program will be held at Griffith League Scout Ranch. The Thunderbird District is the 1st District in the the World allowed to use the Extraodinary Griffith League Scout Ranch just outside of Bastrop, Texas, near Lost Pines Scout Ranch, for a District Camping event site. A Pack or Webelos Patrol , may only attend by being a Guest of a Troop that is also attending the event, and must be a Webelos Scout. The Packs are requested to register with their Guest Troop.
