Please avoid putting any pack events\, pack campouts\, or AOL patrol campouts on this weekend.\nSend a leadership representative to our June planning meeting at the Roundtable Meeting: Thursday\, June 5th at 7pm. Shape this event to be what your AOL wants to attend. \nPlan a AOL patrol visit to a troop as part of your AOL Bobcat adventure. \n\nFor Troops:\n\n\n\nReserve 25 October for Scouting101. Avoid placing any troop events\, campouts\, or activities on this weekend.\nSend one or more leadership representatives to the June planning meeting at the Roundtable Meeting: Thursday\, June 5th at 7pm.  Hopes? Dreams? Expectations? This is your opportunity to make Scouting101 what you want it to be.\n\n\nPlan a Troop Campout in November of December to include AOL patrols or prospective AOL Scouts\, and include those prospective Scouts in your campout planning meeting prior to the campout. \nPlan a Troop Meeting to include AOL Scouts in both September and either in November or December. The first adventure an AOL Scout ought to earn at the start of the year is the Bobcat Adventure.

DESCRIPTION:AOL Boys\, \nCome camp with Troop 505 on November 14 to 16 at Emma Long Park. Our Scouts love playing Capture the Flag with the AOL so much they are planning their third annual Epic Capture the Flag Campout! It’s truly a weekend of fun\, friendship\, and good food.\n\nParticipating in a campout is the best way to learn about a troop: their values\, their methods\, and their youth-led style. How often do youth lean in on each other? What happens when the stove doesn’t work? How do youth exhibit the Oath and Law in their small interactions together?\n\nParents\, bring a comfy chair because you’ll be joining the adult patrol for the weekend. In BSA our Scout patrols self-monitor and run their own activities\, so we spend a lot of time sitting. 🙂\n\nPlease RSVP so we can send you full details and so we may be prepared with ample food and camping space!
