DESCRIPTION:Scouts BSA and older youth (Venturers\, Sea Scouts\, Explorers) may attend STEM Adventure Weekend with their units or with their BSA-registered parent/guardian. No lone scouts.\nLocation: Lost Pines Scout Reservation  (Directions: Google | Yahoo)\nClasses are Saturday morning\, afternoon\, and Sunday morning.\nFour meals are provided: Saturday breakfast\, lunch\, and dinner\, and Sunday breakfast\nSaturday evening includes climbing and a star party weather permitting.\nScouts may sign up for up to three STEM classes and enjoy free-time STEM activities Saturday evening. Classes include merit badges and Nova or Cosmic Awards. Classes are selected via on the online registration form. After registering\, you may change classes online or at event check-in as long as the class has space.\nCheck in will begin at 6:00PM on Friday\, September 19.  Classes will conclude on Sunday\, September 21 at noon.\n\nFor full information and registration see here.

DESCRIPTION:All Scouts\, Scouting families\, and Scout leaders are invited to join Diocesan Scout Chaplain\, Father Will Rooney\, and the Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting for the five-mile “Walking in Faith Scout Hike” around Lake Georgetown. It takes place on Saturday\, October 26\, at 10am. Parents are asked to accompany their Scouts on the hike. Everyone should bring their lunch and water bottle.
