To all Webelos and AOL Scouts,
To all Webelos and AOL Scouts,
John Spring here with the Dallas Cowboys and AT&T Stadium. I am reaching out in regards to Scout Sleepover that we are hosting here at the Stadium on October 4th.
As you may or may not have heard, Scout Sleepover is an annual event that we host where we invite scouts along with their families and friends to enjoy a fun filled night of games, activities, a movie, food and much more! Sleeping on the home field of the Dallas Cowboys is one of the most unique camping experiences that a scout could ever have!
Please see attached for our flyer/order form for the event for this year.
I was hoping that you would be able to distribute this information and flyer to the members of the Thunderbird District of the Capitol Area Council, or anyone you believe would have interest in this year’s event.
I am more than happy to field any questions you have about any of this info. Looking forward to the possibility of having a group from your district out to AT&T Stadium in October!

Troops, this is a perfect opportunity for you to show off what makes your Troop amazing. Last year we saw a monkey bridge, we saw many different camping cooking styles, and 3377 made dish washing fun! Last year was amazing and I can’t wait to see what Troops do this year!
Webelos 1s and 2s, this is a chance to see Troops in action during a campout. All Webelos and Webelos parents will visit with every Troop participating. This a perfect opportunity to ask questions to the Troops.
The schedule will be released shortly. There will be a movie night Saturday Oct. 19th, so please bring chairs and movie-related snacks!
Yours in Scouting,
Joey Paulson | District Executive, Thunderbird
