The Bolt Award Recognizes an individual’s significant contribution and service to a Pack, Troop, Team, Crew, or Ship. This award is specific to the Thunderbird District, and is available to any unit volunteer in the Thunderbird District. The volunteer does not have to be a registered Scouter.
